East Austin is known as one of America's hippest areas. A short walk to all Austin has to offer, three blocks from East 6th st, the area offers great restaurants, coffee shops, music venues, bars, retail, studios and art galleries. The light rail is a few minute walk; pedicabs are readily available and a bike rental shop is a few blocks away. Lady Bird Lake, green belts and riverfront parks are a less than an mile to the south. |
